Orders and Shipping

We strive to deliver the item to you within 14 working days. Unfortunately, we depend on our carriers for this.

You’ll find ‘my account’ at the top of the website orin the menu on your mobile device. If you click that, you can register there. 

You can change your billing or delivery address on your account dashboard.

After receiving your order, you will receive a track and trace code from one of our carriers. With this track and trace code you can track your order to your front door!

Yes your order will come in one package. But if the order is really big, there is a chance it will come in more than one package.

All sneakers are custom made, therefore we cannot allow returns. If an article is damaged or does not meet our quality requirements, we ask you to contact us. I advice you to first make sure you order the right size.

If you received the wrong order or are some things different or missing I ask you to contact us. We’ll help you and fix the problem.
